Despite a busy international schedule, SHINee Minho didn't neglect exercising.

In KBS 2TV "Dream Team 2" episode aired on March 14, SHINee Minho and Mighty Mouse Sangchul challenged the high jump record of 2m 25cm by Jo Sung Mo. The Dream Team project "A challenge to the legendary history of sport" began.

The two men began training with athletic coaches: Professor Yo Hongchul for Minho and Director Lee Juhyung for Sangchul with positions, strength and flexibility exercises.

With SHINee members, Minho had an extremely busy schedule overseas to Japan, Singapore, HK, to meet fans and perform. However, he didn't neglect excercising. Minho faithfully followed Professro Yo Hongchul advice to bring to toe plate around the world and practice all the time he could.

After returning to Korea, Minho spent long time practicing to confront the record challenge with a high spirit, together with Sangchul.

Finally, Minho broke the legendary record in high jumping, passed the 2m 40cm bar, although not exceeding 2m 45cm.

Super Junior Eunhyuk said something about how Shinee Minho changed after he joining in variety shows.

On the show KBS2TV "Let's go ! Dream team season 2" episode which will be aired on October 25th, Eunhyuk said "Minho has changed", "He had been very nervous as he is joining in variety show for the first time.He called me to asked me to teach him some secret methods but after attending 'Dream team 2", he no longer called me".

Minho who was embarrassed after Eunhyuk said this about him and replied immediately "Leeteuk was the one I called!!Why are you like this ?" and expressed that Eunhyuk's words are unfair to him.

~ Minho is really quiet on variety shows even with his group SHINee, but his performance was really impressive on the last Embark Dream Team.

Who’s in the “fixed cast” for Dream Team 2?

KBS 2TV's "Dream Team Season 2 - Green Team Is Coming" (Dream Team 2) has been garnering attention before its official broadcast after it aired the first episode with a cast consisting of Shin Jung Hwan, G.O.D's Danny, Byun Woo Min, 2PM's Junho, SHINee's Minho, and Song Joong Ki.

With all these great stars, netizens are very curious to know who are the "real fixed members." Let's have a look. The MC is Lee Chang Myung. Both the old and new dream team consists of 3 members each - so that is a total of 7 cast members.

So who are the fixed casts? Well, Jin Jin Hak PD, who is in charge of the program revealed it by stating:

"The current Dream Team 2's fixed cast members are Jo Sung Mo, Lee Sang In, and SHINee's Minho, except for MC Lee Chang Myung, who is an exception because he is an MC. ... Other than the 3 members, there are no fixed members right now, except for G.O.D's Danny, which you can say is part of the fixed members. Although it won't be every week, he will be casted a couple of times per month. Danny understands this and accepted it. ... You can say that 1 spot from the old dream team, and 2 member spots from the young dream team is flexible with castings. By casting different guest members, we will look for someone who fits in Dream Team 2 the most. In the meantime, no more members will be confirmed as fixed."

If you're confused, the fixed members are Jo Sung Mo, Lee Sang In, SHINee's Minho, and somewhat G.O.D's Danny.
