[news] Weekly Music Shows Canceled This Week

Due to the recent tragedy of the Cheonan sinking incident, M!Countdown, KBS Music Bank and MBC Music Core will not be aired this week. SBS Inkigayo is still deciding if it will air this week. They had already canceled the show two days ago on March 28, right after the incident, to show respect for the victims of the tragedy.
According to a CNN article, the 1,200-ton patrol ship Cheonan was carrying 104 South Korean sailors when an apparent explosion caused it to capsize Friday night in the Yellow Sea near a disputed maritime border between the Koreas. Fifty-eight sailors have been rescued, but hopes were fading for finding the remaining 46. No bodies or survivors have been found in the sea.
Usually, M! Contdown airs every other Thursday, KBS Music Bank on Friday, MBC Music Core on Saturday, and SBS InkiGayo On Sunday. Whenever K-Pop singers release something new, they appear constantly on these programs to promote their new song.
After School, who had made their comeback last week, had only one chance to perform "Bang!" live, and may have to wait again another to perform it again.
Rain, who also was set to make his comeback on the various music shows this week, will be likely be delayed until next week. It may end up that Rain and Hyori have their comeback performances at the same time on the music shows.

[NEWS] 100325 Beast in Tears of Joy - "We Love All You Fans" in after Receiving their First Win

Since their debut, idol group BEAST received their first #1.
March 25th afternoon on live broadcasting of Mnet’s ‘Mcountdown’, Beast’s with their new song ‘SHOCK’ rose to first place.
To congratulate them on their win, 2AM members were right there to embrace them. Because this was their very first time winning on a music show, Beast could not hold back their tears.
While holding onto the trophy, Beast Yang Yoseob commented by, “First, we want to sincerely thank all of 6 members’ parents. Also wanted to thank our company’s president and staff members.”
With this, Yoon Doojoon heartwarmingly stated, “Be it rain or snow, for all the fans who’ve loved us, we sincerely love you.” One could also see members [Jang Hyunseung’, Yong Junhyung and Son Dongwoon showed much tears of happiness.
Sharing this very sentiment, fans from the audience also could not hold their tears of joy and excitement.
[뉴스엔 박세연 기자]아이돌그룹 비스트가 데뷔 첫 1위에 올랐다. 비스트는 3월 25일 오후 생방송으로 진행된 Mnet '엠카운트다운'에서 신곡 '쇼크'(Shock)로 당당히 1위에 올랐다.이날 비스트는 함께 1위 후보에 오른 2AM의 '잘못했어'를 꺾고 1위의 기쁨을 맛봤다. 비스트는 지난 2009년 데뷔한 이래 방송사 음악 순위 프로그램에서 처음으로 1위를 달성한 기쁨에 눈물을 펑펑 쏟았다. 트로피를 받은 비스트 양요섭은 "먼저 멤버 6명의 부모님들께 진심으로 감사 드린다. 또한 소속사 대표님과 스태프들에게도 감사의 마음을 전한다"고 밝혔다.이어 멤버 윤두준은 "비가 오나 눈이 오나 사랑해 주시는 팬 여러분 정말 사랑합니다"고 크게 외치며 팬들을 향한 마음을 뜨겁게 표현했다. 용준형, 손동운도 행복의 눈물을 끊임없이 쏟아냈다. 객석에 있던 팬들 역시 비스트의 1위 발표에 함성을 지르며 환호하다 눈물을 펑펑 흘렸다.
